Call when a breaker trips repeatedly, an outlet or switch is warm or discolored, you smell something burning, lights flicker or dim without a clear cause, part of the house has no power, or you are adding a major load such as an EV charger, hot tub or central air. Anything involving the panel or the service wires is not a wait-and-see job.
